Clothing Closet

Our Clothing Closet:

Our clothing closet is stocked full of items provided to us by our community. These items are provided to our guests free of charge. The only rule is “take only what you can use.” We typically have sizes from small babies to adult in stock.

Our closet is most needed in the winter months. We make an effort of collecting coats, hats and gloves to ensure people are able to keep warm.

In addition to clothing, the closet also accepts donations of blankets, towels, back packs and bags and some household items.

Our clothing closet operates from 4:30pm to 7:00pm on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Wednesdays of each month during meal hours.

The closet is open to anyone who needs it.

Donations of clothing and household items are accepted on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 2pm to 8pm. There is also a small donation bin in the lobby of our building at 122 south first which is open in the mornings and early afternoons. We ask that all items be as close to “mint” condition as possible. Please no rips, tears, stains, discoloration or heavy fading. A good rule of thumb to go by – would you buy it from a thrift store in the condition it’s in? If yes, we’d be happy to find it a new home!
